Wayne Richard has been sole proprietor of FootHills Home Inspection, LLC, since 1994 and has completed in excess of four thousand, one hundred inspections.
Prior to starting FootHills Home Inspection, LLC, Wayne had a successful building and remodeling business in the Seneca/Clemson area since 1981. This extensive experience has provided knowledge of just where typical building systems can develop problems.
His Master of Science background allows both analytical thought and attention to detail in the inspection of your home.
Wayne's extensive knowledge of building and electrical codes has resulted in referrals from local building officials. He will generate a detailed report that will be available to you or your agent at the completion of the inspection.
